Prototype notice · Not a production policy

Privacy by design,
from capture onward.

This demonstration contains no private-home capture owned by NBRHD Twin and does not persist form or console input.
01 · This website

No account, tracking profile or stored lead

The current prototype does not create user accounts, set first-party analytics cookies, or transmit the viewing-request form. Interactive calculator and console values stay in the browser and reset when the page reloads.

02 · External services

Map, imagery and 3D resources are requested from their hosts

Opening the neighborhood or live 3D scene causes the browser to contact OpenFreeMap, IGN Géoplateforme when aerial imagery is enabled, and SuperSplat respectively. Those hosts may receive standard network information such as IP address and browser headers under their own policies.

03 · Production capture

Private spaces need explicit approval

A commercial capture workflow should define exclusion zones, obtain property-owner consent, blur faces and vehicle plates by default, separate raw source material from publishable derivatives, and support deletion and access review.

04 · Production operations

Private assets never belong in a public bucket

The target architecture uses authenticated administration, role-based access, signed uploads, immutable scene versions, audit logs and time-bounded CDN access for non-public properties. These controls are architectural requirements, not claims about this front-end prototype.
